I didn’t grow up dreaming of being in sales. In fact, I actively avoided it. The salespeople I encountered growing up felt pushy and self-serving—and I never wanted to become that. But life had other plans.
When I landed my first sales role, I struggled. I doubted myself, missed targets, and nearly quit. It wasn’t until I read Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude that something clicked. I wasn’t broken—I just needed a mindset and system that fit who I really was.
That shift changed everything. I went on to become Rookie of the Year and a four-time President’s Club winner at Xerox. I helped lead a Microsoft partner to become one of Canada’s top firms and guided it through a successful acquisition. Along the way, I became a certified coach and worked alongside leaders like John Assaraf.
Today, I help B2B sales teams succeed by blending mindset, structure, and support to create real, lasting change.
